UHWB-IPO Participates in ISC-CHINA Meeting for International Science Program Exchanges

UHWB-IPO participated in the ISC-CHINA Annual Meeting for international science program exchanges, held on January 25 in Beijing. The event brought together representatives from major international scientific programs to discuss collaborative research and policy initiatives in urban sustainability and public health.

The UHWB team shared progress on its global research network, which focuses on addressing urban health challenges through interdisciplinary approaches. Key discussion topics included:

- Integration of health and environmental data for urban planning

- Policy frameworks for healthy city development

- International partnerships to scale up urban health solutions

Dr. Yupeng Liu, representing the UHWB as Executive Director, emphasized: "Our collaboration with ISC-CHINA strengthens the science-policy interface to improve well-being in rapidly urbanizing areas." The meeting also explored synergies with other programs under ISC.
