The MoU for UHWB Phase II Officially Signed

On January 29, 2025, the signing ceremony for the second phase of the "Urban Health and Wellbeing Programme" (UHWB) was held during the 3rd ISC General Assembly in Muscat, Oman. The agreement was jointly supported by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and Xiamen Municipal Government.  

Professor Peter Gluckman, President of the International Science Council (ISC), and Researcher Chen Weiqiang from the Institute of Urban Environment (IUE), CAS, signed the MoU as representatives of both parties.

The MoU confirms the continuation of the UHWB International Programme Office at IUE-CAS to advance next-stage cooperation and enhance global impact.
