UN-ECOSOC Report
Smart Cities and Infrastructure

In 2016, UHWB's report on "Smart Health" was incorporated into UN-ECOSOC's report on "Smart Cities and Infrastructure". This report summarized urbanization trends and linked them to the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, elaborating on the definition of smart cities and describing their key components. The section on "Smart Health" adopted UHWB's definitions and research findings.
WHO Guideline
Housing and Health Guidelines

In 2018, UHWB scientific committee member led the drafting and reviewing of "WHO Housing and Health Guidelines". Through systematic research, the guidelines provided practical recommendations to mitigate health risks caused by unsafe and substandard housing, including issues such as inadequate living space, indoor temperature extremes, potential indoor hazards, and housing accessibility for vulnerable groups. These measures contribute to improving housing conditions and public health, thereby advancing sustainable development.
UN-Habitat Synthesis Report
Implementing the International Guidelines on Urban and Territorial Planning for improved environment and well-being

In 2019, UHWB collaborated with UN-Habitat to publish a synthesis report titled "Implementing the International Guidelines on Urban and Territorial Planning for improved health and well-being", emphasizing the urgent need to shift toward more sustainable urban development practices to ensure the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Creating a Strong Interface Between Science, Policy and Society to Tackle Global Plastic Pollution

In 2023, together with ISC, UHWB's expert completed a proposal report on "Creating a Strong Interface Between Science, Policy and Society to Tackle Global Plastic Pollution". The proposal was submitted during the INC meetings hosted by UNEP, providing key decision-making support for the establishment of a Global Science-Policy Panel on Plastic Pollution.
